Leading the Evidence Based workstream alongside financial controls, schedule baselining, cost forecasting, performance reporting and delivery assurance across a regulated water infrastructure portfolio.
Leading the Evidence Based workstream on Anglian Water’s Storage Points Programme.
Developed a technical cost forecasting model for a £60m+ Year 2 programme, reconciling approved baseline costs, contractor estimates, historic outturns, final accounts, C55 unit rates and asset complexity bands to produce a prudent £68m planning view.
Built an EAC-style forecast methodology separating confirmed cost movement, cost-to-go, residual scope uncertainty, exclusions, sensitivities, risk exposure and opportunity assumptions.
Reported cost, schedule and delivery performance across 219 assets — baseline movement, forecast confidence, milestone slippage, delivery vehicle variance and operational readiness.
Produced executive reporting and board commentary translating cost, schedule, risk and delivery data into interventions, ownership and escalation routes.
